Digitized Document Images

The City Clerk's Office maintains an archive of searchable digital images of all current City Commission agendas (including agenda backup material, agenda results, and minutes), ordinances, and resolutions.  Minutes, ordinances, and resolutions from past years are available as well.

The City Clerk maintains a searchable text version of the complete Code of Ordinances.

Current and recent City Commission meeting agendas, agenda results, and minutes are also available in PDF format, which may be viewed, printed, or downloaded.  (To view the PDF documents, the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software must be installed on your computer; see below.)

Advisory board meeting documents are also available in PDF format.  Please look for the Agendas and Minutes link within each of the Boards and Committees pages.

If you join our E-mail Mailing Lists, we can send you a notice when new PDF meeting documents are added to the site.  This is the best way to keep current on City Commission and advisory board meetings.

Video and Audio

There is a video archive of City Commission meetings.  The agenda of each meeting is displayed alongside the video, and the videos have been bookmarked so that one may 'fast forward' to the portion of a meeting corresponding to a chosen agenda item.

While regular meetings of the City Commission are in progress, they may be viewed live from within the video archive or listened to live on Delray Beach 1620AM radio.  A live audio stream of the radio station is also available.
