Christmas and Thanksgiving are the only holidays on which there are no waste removal or recycling collection services.  For residential curbside and rear/side door customers, if a collection day occurs on Christmas or Thanksgiving the next collection will be on the next regularly scheduled collection day for the type of materials not collected on the holiday.  For example, if Christmas occurs on a Tuesday and Tuesday is your regularly scheduled vegetative waste and regular garbage collection day, your next vegetative collection day will be the following week on Tuesday and the next garbage collection day will be Friday of the current week.
