GARBAGE COLLECTION

The City of Delray Beach contracts with a private company, Waste Management,  for all collection services.  Waste Management has an exclusive franchise within the City limits for both residential and commercial services. The Code Enforcement Division Administrator acts as contract administrator to ensure waste removal services are in accordance with contract requirements.  For all commercial services call (561) 547-4000.  These services include:
