The purpose of this report is to better educate and communicate financial information through the monitoring of financial needs over time instead of just providing numbers, to provide visual aid charts and explanations of critical trend variances instead of just numerical schedules. 

The second purpose is to provide meaningful financial information to management so that we can develop an internal action plan and budgets to address any negative trends in a timely manner.
