The Finance Department is under the direction of Mr. David A. Boyd, Finance Director. The Department includes the divisions of Finance Administration, Information Technology, Purchasing, and Utility Billing. 

Since 1983, Finance Administration has received yearly Certificates of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting.

The Information Technology Division was awarded 1st Place in 2005 & 2006 as the Digital Cities Survey Winner.
