Residential fire sprinklers play a vital role in saving lives and reducing the cost of fire suppression.  Please view the attatched video displaying the fast action of a residential fire sprinkler.  It should be noted that the January 2011 requirement for residential fire sprinklers in new construction was eliminated from the Florida Building Code during the last legislative session.  Please write your respective Florida House and Senate Representatives to express your feelings towards having this vital requirement brought to our state.
