Fire Station Community Education Program

Delray Beach Fire-Rescue (DBFD) believes that we should maintain a strong focus on preventative health, life safety and injury prevention education in the community.  It is for this reason that we have “The Fire Station Community Education Program” (FSCE).   This program is aimed at increasing our efforts in the area of health and wellness.  Our goal is to reduce the number of acute medical/injury emergencies in our community.

Our City of Delray Beach Fire-Rescue Firefighter/Paramedics are available on a limited schedule to come out to your location to present to a Civic Group, Homeowners Association, Church, School, or other organization and speak about issues that are directly impacting our community related to health, wellness, and injury prevention.  Appointments must be made at least two weeks in advance. Presentations by the Firefighter/Paramedics can be scheduled for Monday – Friday 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday 10 a.m. – 8 p.m.  Please contact Administrative Assistant Mary Black at (561)243-7435 to schedule your presentation today!
