9/11 Remembrance Day Ceremony Pays Tribute to Our Fallen

August 7, 2009: Delray Beach Fire-Rescue Chief David C. James invites the public to attend the 9/11 Remembrance Day Ceremony on Friday, September 11, 2009 at the Mizner Park Amphitheater, 433 Plaza Real, Boca Raton.  This service pays tribute to the heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice on that fateful day in 2001 as they responded to their final call.  Opening ceremonies begin at 9:00 am.

Hosted by the Palm Beach County Fire Chiefs' Association and the Boca Raton Fire Rescue Services, several cities across the county will participate in this important event.  The Keynote Speaker is R. David Paulison, Retired Administrator, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Join us as the nation keeps its solemn vow "We shall never forget".
