Fire-Rescue Open House at Station 3

On behalf of the City of Delray Beach, Fire-Rescue Chief David James invites the community to an open house at Fire Station 3, 651 Linton Boulevard, on Saturday, November 14, 2009, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
This is an opportunity for the public to meet Delray Beach Fire-Rescue personnel and tour the vehicles housed at the station.  Representatives from the American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, Delray Beach Medical Center, Community Emergency Response Team, Fire Explorer Program and various health organizations will be available to provide information, answer questions and conduct limited health screenings.

“It is our hope that these open house events build stronger relationships between the Fire-Rescue Department and the community it serves,” states Chief James.
