A Portion of Atlantic Dunes Park Closes for Renovations

On July 7, 2008 a portion of Atlantic Dunes Park, located at 1605 South Ocean Blvd. (just south of Linton Blvd. on A-1-A) will close for renovations for approximately four months. The park will remain open during the construction, however access will be limited.  Closures will include the board walk and the restroom building. Handicap parking, the metered parking lot, located on the west side of A-1-A, and beach access will remain open during this time. Renovations are only being done on the board walk; the restrooms will not be accessible due to the construction.

Temporary restrooms will be available on the far east side of the handicap parking lot. The partial closure of Atlantic Dunes Park will last until late October or early November 2008.
