Games are played on a soft, flat surface. The Rules of the League are: Every player bats once each inning; All base runners are safe; Every player scores a run before the inning is over; The last batter gets a home run; Each Team and player wins every game; Community children and volunteers serve as "buddies" to assist players.

This is a tackle football program that competes in the Pop Warner Little Scholars Inc. League. Practices are held weekdays and games are played on Saturdays. Please call for registration times. Each player must submit copy of player(s) birth certificate, proof of residence, a photos and must have a recent physical. Player must also purchase own cleats and other accessories. Pompey swim team members are registered with Florida Gold Coast Swimming and their competition swim times are recorded at a national level. Swim team members are eligible to compete in local and national swim meets including Junior Olympics and Olympic competitions. Swim team members unable to attend practice at 3:30 pm, the start time will be adjusted to accommodate school ending times.
