Location/Address - South of Linton Boulevard, west of LWDD E-4 Canal.
Description - The development proposal involves the construction of a new building addition for relocation of the existing kitchen/dining hall and laundry facilities, front facade renovations, carport relocations, minor parking lot and landscaping modifications.
Location/Address - Northeast corner of Linton Boulevard and Military Trail
Description - The development proposal involves the demolition of the existing blockbuster building and construction of a 4,423 sq. ft. bank with drive-thru facility.
Location/Address - Southeast corner of West Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail
Description - Master Development Plan request that involves the assembly of the existing 8.33 acre shopping center with adjacent 4.23 acre vacant property to create a master plan consisting of a 200 unit residential complex and 79,669 sq. ft.of existing retail uses.The development proposal involves the construction of 3 four-story residential buildings separated by interior courtyard areas; a three-four level parking garage that contains 360 parking spaces;new gateway entrance improvements on Atlantic Avenue and Military Trail; interconnecting walkways between the commercial and residential parcels; and, associated landscaping.
