Location/Address - West side of Gallagher Road, north of West Atlantic Avenue
Description - The development proposal involves the expansion of the existing religious retreat facility to include construction of a 3-story twenty-seven (27)bedroom dormitory, a one-story building addition to provide dining room, kitchen and related uses, a two-story chapel, administrative, laundry and related uses. The proposal also includes expansion of the existing parking lot and construction of new tennis courts.
Location/Address - West side of Congress Avenue, south of Lake Ida Road.
Description - The development proposal involves a conditional use request to allow the establishment of an automotive repair facility to occupy two tenant bays within an existing industrial building.
