It may be that the link requires additional software (see Software Requirements) or that the link is attempting to open a new browser window and your browser or internet security program does not allow this (see Pop-up Blockers).

This is a result of the margin sizes defined in the print settings of your browser.  The following instructions will help you correct this problem.

For users of Microsoft Internet Explorer:

• From the File menu, choose Page Setup.
• In the Page Setup window, change your left and right margins to 0.25 inches.  (This number may automatically adjust upward, depending on your printer.)
• Click the OK button to save this setting.
• Reprint the page.
