Citizen Summit 2009

In May 2009, the City Commission, City Manager David T. Harden and City staff met with residents at the Citizen Summit to discuss strategic planning and goals for the City of Delray Beach.

Roundtable discussions were facilitated by Lyle Sumek, Lyle Sumek Associates, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in assisting local governments to develop more effective governing bodies and governance processes.

Dialogues with the residents focused on the challenges that the City faces today and its vision for the future.
