The Delray Beach Action Center allows Internet users the ability to find answers to common questions, ask questions that are not yet answered, and request services. This system is from WebQA, and will enhance how citizens interact with the City 24/7.
This service provides a simple and efficient way for citizens to request information or report problems. The Delray Beach Action Center will grow and change over time and use. As more questions are asked, more immediate answers will become available. The number of service requests offered via the Internet will also increase as time goes on.
Do not use this service for an emergency or if immediate attention is needed. For emergencies, call 911. For other urgent matters, please see our contact numbers.
You may use this service online or by calling 561-243-7012. (Normal business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday; requests placed outside of those hours will be addressed the following business day.) The Delray Beach Action Center can be viewed on any computer with Internet access by visiting mygovhelp.info/delraybeachfl or by clicking the link: Delray Beach Action Center.
