Citizen Service Requests

This service provides a simple and efficient way for citizens to request information or report problems.

Do not use this service for an emergency or if immediate attention is needed.  For emergencies, call 911.  For other urgent matters, please see our contact numbers.

You may use this service via the online form or by calling 561-243-7012.  (Normal business hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday; requests placed outside of those hours will be addressed the following business day.)

Under Florida law, e-mail addresses are public records.  If you do not want your e-mail address released in response to a public-records request, do not send electronic mail to this entity.  Instead, please contact this office by calling 561-243-7012 or in writing.
