Special events, festivals, outdoor programs and celebrations are a long and treasured tradition in Delray Beach, Florida.  

The City of Delray Beach is proud to provide support for Special Events that have a positive impact, celebrate our diversity and community, host our neighbors, families and visitors and grow our reputation as a sports, health-fitness and arts, history and culture destination.

All Special Events are required to have a permit and follow all applicable rules and regulations contained in the City’s Special Event Policy and Guidelines. 

The Special Events Office is the central point of contact for all special event permitting and can guide you in creating a successful, safe and memorable event in Delray Beach.
