The City Launches a paid parking system on Atlantic Avenue
Beginning June 25, 2018, the City will launch a paid parking system on Atlantic Avenue. Visitors to the downtown area will need to pay for parking using the ParkMobile application or the parking kiosks located in various locations in the downtown Delray Beach area.

Parking Fees, Times and Locations
Downtown On-Street Parking
Parking Fee: $2/hour for up to 3 hours
Times: 12pm-9pm (Sunday - Thursday) 12pm-2am (Friday & Saturday)
Locations: Atlantic Avenue from Swinton Avenue to the Intracoastal Waterway.
Side Streets one block north & one block south of Atlantic Avenue.
Swinton Avenue, 1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue, 3rd Avenue & 4th Avenue.
Beach On-Street Parking
Parking Fee: $1.50/hour for up to 4 hours
Times: 8am-8pm (7 days a week)
Locations: SR A1A from Causaurina Rd. to Beach Dr.
East Atlantic Avenue - Intracoastal Water to SR A1A.
This includes Gleason Street & Venetian Drive.
Parking Fee: $5 flat rate fee (free before 4pm)*
Times: 4pm-12am (Monday-Saturday) Free on Sundays
Locations: Old School Square (95 NE 1st Ave)
Robert Federspiel (22 SE 1st Ave)
*Those who exit the parking garage before 4pm and wish to re-enter the garage after 4 pm, will need to pay the parking fee.
